🎬 Year 12 & 13 Media Studies Trip to MediaCity! 🎥

Our Year 12 and 13 Media Studies students had a fantastic day at Salford University’s MediaCity campus, experiencing university-style lecture workshops and getting a taste of what studying Media at university could be like.

Students had the opportunity to chat with Journalism students, find out more about university life and careers in the media industry, and explore the impressive studios, facilities and resources at MediaCity.

A brilliant opportunity for our students to develop their knowledge, experience university-level learning and get inspired about their future in the media industry! 📺🎙️🎬

🎬 10 years ago today…

We released our First Day at Fallibroome video. What started as a school promo quickly went viral, making headlines and racking up millions of views across the globe!

For those staff and students past and present, we hope it brings back memories of the planning, filming, laughter, excitement… and, of course, getting the whole school onto the tennis courts to create those giant letters for the final shots!

Ten years on, perhaps what makes the video so special isn’t just what we created, but the people, energy and sense of togetherness behind it. It captures something that has always been at the heart of Fallibroome: a vibrant, dynamic community willing to get involved, have fun and do something a little bit different.
