Cheshire East Family Hub Start for Life teams are currently working with the Improving Immunisation Team to better understand and identify key issues, barriers, trends, and patterns affecting vaccine uptake across different groups, including any unique local challenges for families.

They would really appreciate your support to help them in understanding barriers.
