Macclesfield Muay Thai - Classes & Training Muay Thai is known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" - utilising punching, kicking, kneeing and elbows.
Macclesfield Muay Thai runs classes and training 4 times a week. The club trains on Sunderland Street in the same gym as Macclesfield Boys Boxing Club. The class times for MMT are:
Tuesday 5:30pm to 7:15pm
Thursday 5:30pm to 7:15pm
Saturday 8:30am to 10:15am
Sunday 8:30am to 10:15am
The gym is open between 5:15pm to 7:30pm on Tuesday & Thursday, whilst open between 8:15am and 10:30am on Saturday
