Today we used our sense of taste, by the look on this little girls face, I don't think she liked lemon.

Using one of our senses, the sense of touch.
Painting our hand, feeling the texture of the paint, the tickle of the paintbrush, stimulating the brains sensory pathway.

This week we are learning about our senses and today we will be using our sense of smell!

Today's phonics session and the letter i....

Today we've been talking about emotions and what makes us happy.
A lot of the children said that their Mummy and Daddy make them happy. Others said ice cream or playing football.
One child said playing in preschool which was lovely to hear.

The children have been looking at themselves in mirrors and drawing/painting what they can see.
We've talked about how we are all individuals and the differences and similarities we have with our friends.
