Our huge garden is the perfect place for our children to connect with nature. We have lots of garden birds, wild flowers, fruit bearing tree's, minibeast habitats and more. Our playground and garden toys offer plenty of opportunity for physical development, problem solving, team building and making relationships.

The weather this week has been wonderful, and has really made us feel grateful for our garden space here at Macclesfield day nursery.

Fantastic times at Prestbury House Care Home, Macclesfield as always! Thank you again for having us 😘

This afternoon some of the preschoolers took a trip to Prestbury house care home, to join the residents for a special community meal. They enjoyed sandwiches, chips, fruit and cupcakes with the ladies and gentlemen who live there. The residents were very pleased to see us and enjoyed conversations with the children.
One lady commented that the children were “so beautiful” and “so very well behaved”
Another spoke of how she had lost somebody close to her this week and that this visit from Macclesfield day nursery had put a smile back on her face.
I cannot stress just how polite, sensible and wonderful all of the children were, well done guys! And a huge thank you to Prestbury House Care Home, Macclesfield for having us.. we can't wait to come again! 🙌

We will be celebrating Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 8th December with donations going to Save the Children.
Children and team will be filming for the Christmas video on this day so would be appreciate as much festivity as possible.

A huge THANK YOU to Macclesfield Fire Station, who allowed our 2, 3 and 4 year olds to come for a special tour today! The fire officers really went above and beyond, to make it a memorable experience for all of the children. 🚒❤️😁👩‍🚒
