You don’t need to carry out the full clean before returning your pool.

Empty the pool, remove the liner and let the equipment dry fully before packing. We handle the professional cleaning and disinfection.

Sometimes birth plans change.

If you no longer need your pool, please let us know as soon as you can. A full refund is available if you cancel before the pool is delivered, including any postal delivery fee.

We’ll talk through the next steps with you.

Before choosing your pool’s position, measure the hose route from the tap to the pool, then from the pool to your chosen drainage point.

A 10 metre hose comes as standard. A 15 metre hose is available as a £5 upgrade if you need the extra reach.

Follow the actual route around doorways and furniture, and let us know if you’re unsure.

We’re based in Macclesfield and offer local delivery across Cheshire and surrounding areas, including parts of Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North Staffordshire and the High Peak.

Send us your postcode and due date and we’ll confirm whether local delivery or postal hire is available for you, along with the total cost.

Our small team handles local delivery and collection. Postal hires are sent and returned by courier, with the arrangements confirmed in advance.

A little planning before delivery can make things easier. Choose a space for the pool, check the route from your tap and think about where the water will drain afterwards.

A floor sheet is included in your hire kit. If you’re unsure about your tap, send us a photo and we’ll check it with you.

This is our Mini pool set up in a living room, to help you picture the space it needs.

When choosing a spot, think about access around the pool and the route from the tap, as well as where you’ll empty it afterwards. Follow the supplied setup guidance when deciding on its position.

Your pool arrives before you need it, giving you time to get familiar with the equipment.

We usually deliver around 36 to 37 weeks, and standard hire covers up to six weeks. We’ll confirm the arrangements with you when you book.

Our full-size birth pool hire is £145, or £135 for the Mini, with the setup kit included.

Elle TENS can be added to a pool hire for £20. Delivery charges depend on your postcode, and we’ll confirm the total before you book.
