✨ SMARTIE PANTS TEAM DAY 2026! ✨

Today our amazing Smartie Pants team came together for our annual Team Day! 💕

Staff travelled from all of our settings to Mablethorpe for a day of learning, reflecting and planning together. We reviewed safer sleeping practices, changes to the EYFS, best practice and, most importantly, discussed how we want to continue developing and improving our provision over the coming school year. 📚✨

We are incredibly lucky to have such an amazing, dedicated and passionate staff team. Days like today are a great reminder that high-quality early years education starts with investing in the people who make it happen. ❤️

A HUGE thank you to our wonderful Jacqui, who treated us all to the most amazing grazing board buffet! 😍🧀🍓🍰 It was absolutely delicious and very much appreciated after a busy day!

We’re looking for BOOK DONATIONS for adults!

At Smartie Pants, we truly believe that children learn from what they see. ❤️

If children see the adults around them enjoying books and reading for pleasure, they are much more likely to develop a love of reading themselves.

We’re therefore rebuilding our Adult Reading Station, alongside our Children’s Lending Library — creating a space where both children AND grown-ups can discover, enjoy and share books. 📖
