Our annual Christmas dinner day……extra special this year with our wonderful pastry chef Delphine producing this amazing gingerbread house.

We even had a visit from our delightful prep school choir, thanks you were amazing!

The whole gingerbread presentation will be up for raffle at the AKS Lytham Christmas Fair tommorow, it’s very large so the winner will have it delivered by van to their house by Steve (if local!)

So lucky to be able to work with our amazing parent team for the organization of this fantastic event, every year you set the bar higher!

Chocolate meringue with a white chocolate & lemon Anglaise.

Served alongside waffles today!

The chicken noodle dish with tempura veggies was also super popular & we’ll be adding a Thai style noodle dish soon.
