We'd like to hear from you whether you've used our services or not.

If you've used services like Family Hubs, youth support or other local services, we'd love to hear about your experience.

If you haven't used our services, we still want to hear from you. Your views can help us understand whether young people know what support is available and where they would go if they needed help.

Your feedback will help us improve services and make sure they work for young people now and in the future.

We're asking children, young people, parents and carers to complete a short survey to help us understand:

✅whether people know what help is available
✅ what is working well
✅where services could be improved
✅how easy it is to find support
✅what families need in the future

You don't need to have used our services to take part. Hearing from people who haven't accessed support is just as important. Your feedback will help us understand awareness of services and any barriers people may face when looking for help.
