⛱️ Join us for our Beach Party!

We will be rowing to the beach, taking a trip on a beautiful balloon as we enjoy the sights and sounds of the seaside, we'll be exploring and feeling the sand between our fingers and toes, singing lots of sea themed rhymes and ending our celebrations with a deep sea dive into the Ocean which can only be described as ... electrifying!! 🪼

Just a little reminder that there are no classes this week as I'm enjoying a little holiday 🎉

If you do need me at all over the next week, please message on here, instagram, email or send a message and I'll reply back to you as soon as I can but please be aware responses will be much slower than usual whilst I enjoy some sea, sunshine and my favourite bubbles ... Prosecco!

🎨 Musical Messy Play 🎨

We had so much fun last Friday on our second 'Summer Sizzler' of 2026 as we explored instruments and paint!

Our babies enjoyed moving and flying into the air during 'jumping jack', played bells and listened to tone bars, discovered first sounds, painted pictures using brushes, sponges and fingers to take home and treasure forever, did some music making with shakers and drums and cuddled up enjoying happy music to end surrounded by bubbles, balloons, bees and butterflies ✨

Next stop, 'Beach Party' on 21st August for the final Sizzler of the Summer! 💚💛

🦈 A Shark's Tale 🦈

We had the first of our 'Summer Sizzlers' last week at Ribby Hall and went on a fishy adventure in 'A Shark's Tale' 🥰

Our babies loved jumping aboard a big ship, bringing the Great Barrier Reef to life, meeting a family of clown fish, being mesmerised by jellyfish and the most fascinating sea creature in the ocean, they loved Bruce the friendly shark, singing and signing THAT shark song and enjoyed a tranquil end to their big adventure surrounded by sharks, light and bubbles ✨

'Musical Messy Play' is coming!! 🎨

This class for babies from birth to 13 months is always an absolute favourite amongst our babies and adults and will be running on Friday 7th August at Ribby Hall Village.

'Musical Messy Play' is a fabulous music session involving singing, signing, musical instruments, first sounds and paint with the chance for your little artist to paint their first ever picture and for you to capture a hand/footprint on a card to take away as a memory to treasure forever. 👣

Places are available to book on our website, www.babysensory.com/fylde and our classes are getting busy so please don't leave it too late or you may miss out!

🌞 Summer Special 🌞

Our final class of term was one full of colour, fun and lively activities to get us all into the Summer spirit!

We enjoyed 'head, shoulders, knees and toes' before shaking our shakers in the 'Latin Shake', we waved ribbons in the 'Irish Spin' and went travelling round the room (and even car park for some venues!) waving chiffon scarves on the salsa train, we visited the beach and enjoyed the breeze created by the parachute and finished with a puppet show full of surprises!

What a fabulous end to the 'Summer Term' 🎉💚💛

🚘 Fast One Birthday Party 🚘

'Arthur has been coming to Baby Sensory classes ever since he was a few weeks old, and has loved every single one, so we were overjoyed when Lucy was available to host his first birthday party.
She absolutely nailed the brief, and had incorporated all of Arthur’s favourite things throughout, making it super special for him. The effort Lucy had gone to certainly did not go unnoticed - the set up was perfect from start to finish! The smiles on the children’s faces did all the talking! It was lovely seeing how the older graduates remembered Lucy and enjoyed the party just as much as the younger ones.
We can’t thank Lucy enough for making our little boy’s first birthday so magical, and what a perfect end to our Baby Sensory journey it was ✨🩵'

Last Saturday, I was back at the fabulous Diddy Dreams celebrating this little one's first birthday party in a 'Fast One' themed celebration. The hope was to include vehicles, lions (he loves to roar) and a few other favourite activities and we had an absolute blast enjoying boats, trains, a safari ride, rockets, the bus and ending with a midnight car wash ... what a party! It was such a beautiful way to 'wave goodbye' to a little man I've enjoyed seeing every week for the last year (I'm also very lucky that I got to experience the same journey with his sister a few years ago too!) Thank you so much for letting me be a part of the celebrations and allowing me to create my first ever 'Fast one' party plan! I hope your day was as magical as you are! ✨

Our 'Summer Sizzlers 2026' start next week with a fin-tastic little session to start the Summer season ... 'A Shark's Tale'! 🦈

Join us on an interactive mission to find sharks in the Great Barrier Reef - the most magical place on Earth. Beyond the wonders of the deep and other mysteries of the sea, we find Bruce the Aussie shark and his friends having fun Baby Sensory style. Your babies will love the colours, the movement, the sounds and the FABULOUS sea creatures we come across deep down in the sea which can only be described as ELECTRIFYING!✨

🏋️ Baby Olympics 🏋️

Our little ones went for gold during 'Baby Olympics' as they mastered the fastest version of 'Head, shoulders, knees and toes' ever (!), showed off their swimming skills, our youngest babies then worked on tummy time with ducks and our older babies enjoyed the 'Hawaiian Roller Coaster', we played football, explored the Olympic Obstacle Course, celebrated with an Olympic parade and enjoyed the closing ceremony before passing the Olympic torch and lighting up the Olympic Cauldron 🎉

A massive well done to you all, those gold medals were very well deserved!!! 💚💛

Say hello to Summer 🌞

This week alone we have enjoyed 14 classes, 3 different class themes, the hottest venue temperatures of the year so far, said hello to new babies, waved goodbye to an awful lot of babies 🥹, voted for the 'What's on 4 kids awards', laughed, cried and so much more! It has been the busiest week of 2026 so far but I have absolutely loved it (maybe I'd have changed the parts where I've been a hot sweaty mess!)

Once again, I am ending a term tonight feeling so loved and I cannot thank you enough for all your messages, cards, gifts and thank you's at the end of class. To hear comments such as 'I loved your classes so much the first time, I knew I had to be there to redo them again a second' and 'I don't think you quite realise the difference you make' honestly mean the absolute world!

Those of you who've followed me for a while will know I make these posts often but it's quite simply because each time a term ends, I'm always extremely overwhelmed with all the love and gratitude that comes my way. To know how much you love our classes means an incredible amount and I am one very lucky person to smile my way through each day with you all so this is my thank you to each and every one of you for making my job so enjoyable each day and letting me be a small part of your journey and memories together.

To those of you we've waved a final goodbye to, I wish you all the best on your next adventures, enjoy every moment and please do feel free to keep in touch and send me photos from time to time 🥰

To my babies booked onto our 'Summer Sizzlers' and/or 'Early Autumn Term', I look forward to continuing our journey together with lots more fun and magic in a few weeks!
