Milford Pre School Plus

Milford Pre School Plus We are an Outstanding Pre School, Accredited Forest School, After School and Holiday club, with a huge allotment. This includes a free flow garden area.

We run from a large play space, especially designed for the needs of all our children. The garden gate also leads out to our huge allotment, playground where we ride balance bikes, field with climbing and balancing equipment and our amazing Forest School area that we share with the school. We have good links with the school enabling a smooth transition. We hold events such as gardening, Forest Sch

ool, Mothers Day and pancake sessions. We are successful winners at the Lymington carnival and take part in Milford Christmas trees on the green. We also fundraise for new equipment through Easter Egg Hunts and our Christmas Fair. Plenty for your child and your family to become totally involved in our wonderful Pre School, After School and Holiday clubs οΏ½

How have we already got to the end of week four?!
Lots more fun to be shared, tennis clubs with Coach Dan from Milford Tennis Club, Forest School sessions creating some super wood work with tools, and circus day with plate spinning and juggling!
As well as enjoying our new inflatable water slide, cooking and outdoor play on the field and playground! πŸ”¨πŸŽΎπŸ€‘πŸŽͺ😍

End of week three at the holiday club already! The children have had a great time at Forest School, making summer fruit crumble and wooden key rings, as well as making slime and sensory creations, we have been busy creating potions, craft and snacks during Hogwarts Day, resourced an exciting obstacle course and joined in with some fabulous yoga with the lovely Lucie from Ocean Soul Yoga
We have also had so many new children who settled in so quickly and everyone has had a wonderful week! πŸŒžβš½οΈπŸ§™πŸ”₯πŸ’¦πŸ˜

The children have had a great start to the summer holiday club! They have enjoyed some coding workshops with Mr Groake, tie dye day, choosing from a beautiful range of colours, a pirate day that included constructing our own pirate ship and Forest School fun cooking delicious flat breads. We have also used the inflatable water slide and used lots of physical equipment on the playground and on the field. Lots of happy and busy children! πŸ’¦πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈπŸ”₯🌞😍

To our amazing children, you may be small, but you have achieved such big things. We have watched you grow in confidence, kindness, curiosity, and laughter. You've learned to share, to make friends, to cope with challenges and change, and celebrate successes.
For our families, thank you for trusting us with your precious children. It has been the greatest privilege to watch them grow, discover the world, and become the unique children they are today.

Up at Forest School this week, the children have been creating some beautiful hapa zome bunting flags.
They are looking for dropped leaves and petals, developing language when we identify the plant.
They are also using hammers with one hand to make the print, by carefully tapping through the fabric to the plant. They looked fantastic! A super activity in the woodland. 🌸🌼πŸͺ»πŸ”¨πŸ˜
