The children enjoyed dancing and moving around, helping to develop their confidence, coordination, listening skills and physical development, all whilst having lots of fun!🕺

This week, our Explorers unwrapped a variety of mystery objects hidden in tin foil, building fine motor skills, curiosity and language as they talked about what they discovered.

Our Adventurers designed and tested their own boats to see if they would float, developing their understanding of problem-solving, prediction and simple scientific thinking through hands-on exploration.

We had a fantastic morning yesterday at Sway Cricket Club for sports day. The children enjoyed being cheered on by family and friends as they ran their races, we celebrated our leavers ahead of them moving on to big school in September, and our wonderful staff received flowers and lots of thanks for another fantastic year.

We would like to extend a huge thank you to Sway Cricket Club for hosting us and to all the friends and family who came to help and support the event... the dads' race in particular was a highlight, but who won!?

This week at Pre-School, the children enjoyed picking fresh blackberries before independently chopping apples to make delicious stewed fruit. 🍎
This hands-on activity helped develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and independence while encouraging healthy eating. Best of all, everyone enjoyed tasting the fruit they had prepared themselves! ✨

This week, our Adventurers worked together to build a rocket from cardboard boxes, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and imaginative play. 🚀

Our Explorers explored mark making by using cars in paint, watching the colours mix together, and enjoying the sensory experience of moving the paint around. 🚗🎨
