Lisa came to one of our performance camps last year, and ever since then I have been coaching her during a 1-1 weekly bespoke S&C session.

Lisa works so hard despite how difficult the session might be. I think we would both agree that her physical strength has improved drastically over the past year.

Well done Lisa for all of your hard work so far, with more goals to achieve still. We can’t wait to support you every step of the way!

I have been working with Freddie just over a year now, he first came to see me with a small calf issue which we resolved.

More recently he has overcome a shoulder injury sustained in a rugby match, we worked closely with his physiotherapist Paul from . He has now made a full recovery and back playing rugby!

Similar to Kobi in our last testimonial, I started working with George at Bryanston school. His personality, effort and determination for improving as an aspiring rugby player was clear to see.

Whilst at school George represented Bath Rugby at U18 level. Since leaving sixth form, he has had more recent success by representing Ireland at U19 & 20 level.

My work with Kobi started back at Bryanston school, where he was part of the performance sports programme and Bath Rugby U18’s. Kobi’s passion and respect for improving as a player was outstanding.

Since leaving school, Kobi has had success with Ealing Trailfinders academy, whilst studying at university taking all of skills he learnt with me into his rugby career.

cPhysio & GTC joining forces to deliver a really enjoyable testing evening with the Junior and Senior squads at .

Each player was provided with an individual performance report from the following testing;

- A series of jump testing on our force plates
- Sprint & hop testing
- Functional movement & flexibility screening

We can’t wait to come back and see how each player is progressing 💪🏼
