Two years ago, Lee Marsh MCIOB and I took the keys to a house that was full of potential but in desperate need of a new lease on life. Today, I am incredibly proud to share the "before and after" of that journey.

What you see in these collages is more than just a home extension and a total refurbishment; it is the result of dedication, grit, and precision. We managed this transformation from start to finish while both working full-time and navigating the ever-evolving needs of our family.
It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been deeply rewarding to see our vision come to life.

As many of you know, Lee recently joined Fairmead Professional Services to lead our Construction & Estates Management Consultancy.
