🌱 Apprentice Opportunity 🌱

Buds to Bloom are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join our all year round busy Nursery.

As an apprentice, you will play an important role in creating a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You will gain hands on experience working alongside our experienced staff whilst working towards your Level 3 qualification.

Your role will include supporting fun and engaging activities, helping children develop through play and exploration, assisting with learning resources, supervising children, observing and recording their progress and building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

All applicants must be dedicated to safeguarding children and see this as an integral part of the job. The successful candidate must be committed to promoting the safety and wellbeing of all children and understand the importance of following safeguarding policies and procedures. They must be willing to learn, recognise and respond appropriately to any safeguarding concerns and maintain a professional approach when working with children and families.

A Level 2 Early Years qualification is desirable. All mandatory training required for the role will be provided. Previous certificates are beneficial but not essential.

🌻 Bank Staff Positions 🌻

Buds to Bloom Ltd is looking to recruit multiple Level 3 (or above) qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our bank staff team.

These are flexible bank positions, with shifts offered as and when required to support the needs of the nursery. This may include covering staff absence, annual leave, training and additional staffing requirements, so flexibility and reliability are essential.

Candidates must have a genuine passion for working with children and demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding, understanding that this is a fundamental responsibility of the role.

First aid and safeguarding certificates are desirable but not essential as training can be provided. This role is subject to DBS checks and references.

A big thank you to PC Rob and PC Deb for taking the time to visit our Blossom children this week 🚓.

The children had a wonderful time learning about the important work that the police do, and were thrilled to meet PD Ollie and PD Sonny, the police dogs.

This was an amazing learning opportunity for our pre-school children and a memorable experience for everyone involved.

We are looking for a Level 3 (or above) qualified member of staff to join our all year round busy Nursery. Part time position, hours to be discussed. Immediate start. Candidates must be able to work long hours, including late finishes, and be flexible to meet the needs of the setting.

The chosen candidate must have a passion for working with children and a good understanding of child development.
All applicants must be dedicated to safeguarding children and see this as an integral part of the job.
