This term so far we have looked at the weather with the snow and the ice, we looked at penguins for penguin awareness day! We have been playing with playdough and using scissors to strengthen little hands ready for writing! We have also walked like penguins whilst balancing our eggs and made our own soup to keep warm!

It was also road safety week, so we looked at how to cross a road safely and used the car road tape to look at safety too! We also made our own cars and put our seatbelts on for the journey!

Last week we were busy looking at fireworks! We made glittery firework pictures, made edible sparklers! We made rockets to fly too! On Monday it was national tooth brushing day, so we looked at teeth, toothpaste and talked about going to the dentist!

Collecting sticks, conkers and acorns, painting with conkers, making hedgehogs with sticks, printing hedgehogs for the younger children, making umberellas looking at colours and working on our fine motor skills! 🍁🍂🦔☔️
