We hope you have all had a good summer. The staff at school have been hard at work over the last couple of INSET days taking part in various curriculum and safeguarding training. All of the staff are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to school this coming Monday. Please check your inbox as you will have received a welcome back email via Arbor this afternoon.

You may have read in the newspapers recently about a cap on the number of mandatory branded items a school can insist on. At Claybrooke we have always given the option of branded or non-branded items as per parental choice alongside our mandatory Claybrooke PE kit. See below. Please speak to the office if you would like to order any branded items, collect any second had uniform or guided to where to buy non-branded uniform.

As we come to the end of another academic year, I would like to express my thanks to everyone associated with our Claybrooke family, our staff, pupils, parents, PTA, Governors and wider community. Thank you to each and every one of you for all your hard work and support this year.
On behalf of all the staff, thank you for your kind words, cards and gifts. They are very much appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you all back on Monday 24th August.

Congratulations to our Year 6 pupils for putting on their Leaver’s Assembly today. Some lovely poems, singing and memories shared. Our Spirit of Claybrooke was announced, congratulations to Abi. The children were also presented with their Yearbooks, painstakingly prepared by Estia, our PTA chair. Thank you also to all of our family and friends from our school community who came along to share in the pupil's special day. Thank you for all your support over the years at Claybrooke.

Spirit of Claybrooke Award 2026
The Spirit of Claybrooke Award celebrates the achievements of pupils who make Claybrooke a better place. They are awe-inspiring and a lesson to us all.

What a fantastic end of year disco. The children had a fantastic time dancing away and eating ice creams to cool them down! Thank you to Estia Fawbert and Nicola Leeson for all their hard work organising the disco.
