Level 2 / Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner

Little Rainbows Nursery is set within a beautiful manor house located on the grounds behind Lutterworth College.
Our nursery is surrounded by stunning outdoor spaces including a large garden, woodland area, nature garden, and spacious courtyard, providing children with inspiring environments to learn and explore.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our wonderful team.
This is a full-time position, working 32.5–40 hours per week across 4–5 days, with shifts between 7:30am – 6:00pm.

Our nursery operates 47 weeks of the year, closing during half terms and for a 2-week period at Christmas, as well as all Bank Holidays.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual who has a genuine passion for delivering high-quality childcare and early years education. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting children’s learning and development.

About Little Rainbows
Little Rainbows was established in 2010, following the closure of the former Lutterworth College Preschool. It initially opened as a charity preschool run by a parent committee. After several years, the nursery became a Community Interest Company and moved to Auburn House on the college grounds.
Since then, we have grown from a term-time preschool into a thriving full-time nursery. At Little Rainbows, we believe our staff are our most valuable asset, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and positive working environment.

Job Vacancy - Immediate start - Sen Support Role.

We are looking for experienced, passionate practitioners who really want to make a difference in our children’s lives.
You must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special and loved.
Ideally you be hold a full and relevant level 2 or above qualification and have previous experience assessing children’s development. The role will be supporting children on 1:1 basis.

Position 1:Qualified Practitioner Role L2/L3

Little Rainbows Nursery is based in a beautiful manor house on the grounds behind Lutterworth college. We are set in stunning surroundings with an extensive outdoor environment, including a large garden, woodland area, nature garden and large courtyard.

We are seeking a Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner to join our incredible team. This is a full-time position working 30/40 hours per week across 4/5. Hours of working are between 7.30am -6.00pm.

We operate for 47 weeks of the year, closing for the half terms and a 2-week period at Christmas. We are also closed on all Bank Holidays.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated individual to take advantage of this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for providing the highest standards in quality childcare - strong communication skills and team-working abilities are essential.

Position 2: Preschool support kitchen assistant

This role will be to support the children preparing snack, serving lunch and maintaining the preschool kitchen area. Childcare experience is essential to this position. Working hours between 9 and 3pm.

About the Business

Little Rainbows was established in 2010 after the former Lutterworth college preschool ceased. Originally it became a charity preschool with a parent committee. After a few years we became a community interest company and moved to Auburn House on the back of the college grounds. We have grown over the years from a term time preschool to a full-time nursery.
