We’re looking forward to welcoming students in Year 12 and 13 back to Lutterworth Sixth tomorrow!
A few quick reminders before the new academic year gets underway:
The bell rings at 8.35am, and students should arrive via Lutterworth Sixth.
Students should arrive in appropriate dress (check the dress code online!), with their lanyard and ID card (Year 13 only), and with all the equipment they need for the day.
Year 12 students will meet their mentors to take them to their first session (either in mentor bases or Q Zone); Year 13 students should head to their mentor bases.
Students will begin their timetabled lessons from period 2 onwards.
Please remember, as per the new government guidance, Lutterworth Sixth and College is now largely a NO PHONE/HEADPHONE ZONE. You must have your phone (and headphones) stashed away as you enter the college and there they should mostly stay!
Phones/headphones should only be visible in four spaces: Q Zone, Lutterworth Sixth canteen, Lutterworth Sixth Study Centre and the Sixth Form area of the Library. It's super important you stick to this rule - including in corridors - and keep your phone hidden away at all other times so you don't lose it for the day!
Parents and carers were sent full start-of-term information by email, so please do have another look if you need any of the finer details.
We hope everyone has had a fantastic summer – we’re ready for a brilliant year ahead.
See you tomorrow!
