Guy Fawkes night, also known as Bonfire Night or Fireworks Night when we burnt a 'Guy' on a bonfire. In celebration of a night in 1605 when explosives were found being guarded by Mr Fawkes, under the House of Lords. They were planning to blow up parliament.
Guy and other members of the Gunpowder plot met rather a nasty end!
