Celebrating World Book Day at Pumpkin Lane! 📚

What an absolutely magical day we had celebrating World Book Day. The children loved dressing up as their favourite book characters (Julia Donaldson characters were particularly popular!) and sharing what their favourite stories are.

We were also so pleased to have some parents join us to sit and read books with their little ones. Luck was on our side because the sun decided to make a welcome appearance, so we got to sit outside in the glorious sunshine whilst reading!

Thank you to all of our parents, children and staff involved in making the day so special.

The children had lots of fun this past week using pipettes to decorate a fish in primary and secondary colours.

As usual, we have lots more fun, educational activities ready for the week ahead!



Celebrating the Chinese New Year at Pumpkin Lane 🇨🇳

Our children had a delicious lunch consisting of traditional Chinese food, cooked by our in-house chef. Some children attempted using chopsticks - we were very impressed with their skills!

What a busy week we’ve had with lots of festivities to celebrate! On Friday, our little lovebugs had a fantastic time celebrating Valentine’s Day through various themed activities. 🧡

If you attended our last Open Day, you’ll know this is a day full of fun activities, as well as some delicious baked goods cooked by our in-house chef.

For anyone who would like to book a private tour of Pumpkin Lane sooner but can’t attend during the day, we are running Open Evenings on Wednesday 18th February and Wednesday 25th February on a first come, first serve, appointment only basis from 6pm. There is limited availability, so please don’t delay in contacting us for further details.
