All of the team would like to say a massive thank you for everyone's kind words, cards and gifts. We've had a great year with the children and wish them all lots of success for the future. Have a lovely summer break 🎉

Today the children used their motor skills to cut and chop bread rolls and the children had toast for snack, lots of the children were able to spread the butter on their toast independently. We also dug up some of our vegetables, the children enjoyed finding them and washing them.

This week the children have a home I’m the role play area, the children have enjoyed some going to big school activities and stories. Lots of the children have been talking bout their new schools and things they will be doing over the summer holidays.

This week we are learning lots about summer, we have a seaside/beach in the home and we have been talking about how to keep safe in the sun. Outside lots of us took party in a bean bag toss game and we were able to match numerals to the correct amount of shell on the cards. Todays snack was pear and a breadstick.

This week the children have a baby area in the homecorner as lots of children requested it last week. The children have been making patterns using paint and different sized dinosaurs feet. Outside the children enjoyed bubble play and water play. Todays snack was oatcakes and butter.

Today the Children enjoyed washing the farm animals, they also explored the bear hunt tray. The children enjoy the toot toot set and duplo trains. It was a very hot and sunny day so we had 15mins in the garden then enjoyed the cool air inside. Todays snack was carrots and a breadstick.

Today the children used different materials to stick into the playdough, they built towers using the giant grey blocks and the children enjoyed the train set. We have been reading we’re going on the bear hunt and we had a bear hunt messy tray. Today was a very hot day so we had fun with the water shooters and water puffs. Todays snack was apple and a breadstick.

This week the children are reading we’re going on a bear hunt, we also have were going on a bear hunt in the role play area. lots of the children re created the bear hunt story using the felts and the children completed a bear hunt puzzle. Todays snack was banana and a breadstick.
