📚✨ Day 2 of training is well underway!

Our staff are busy preparing, planning and getting everything ready for our pupils’ return tomorrow. We’re really excited to welcome back our returning students and, of course, to give a very warm welcome to all of our new pupils joining us!

The school is getting ready, the classrooms are coming to life, and we can’t wait to see everyone back through the doors tomorrow. 🎉

As another school year comes to an end, we'd like to wish all of our wonderful Year 6 leavers the very best of luck as they begin the next chapter of their journey. 🎓

It has been a privilege to watch each and every one of you grow, develop and achieve so much during your time with us.

We are incredibly proud of the young people you have become and know you are ready for the exciting adventures that lie ahead. We wish you every success in your new schools and beyond!

To all of our returning pupils, we hope you have a fantastic, safe and relaxing summer holiday.

We look forward to welcoming you back to school on Thursday 3rd September for another exciting year of learning and making memories together.

Sports Day Update

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all Sports Days across the school this week.

The forecast temperatures have continued to increase. Many of our pupils have found the hot weather difficult, and the health, safety, and wellbeing of our children will always come first.

We sincerely apologise for any disappointment this may cause and thank you for your understanding and continued support.

☀️🎉 Richmond Hill Summer Festival 🎉☀️
We are excited to invite all Richmond Hill School pupils and their families to join us for our Summer Festival on Saturday 4th July, from 10:00am–1:00pm at our East Site.
Come along for a fun-filled morning with activities, games, refreshments, and the chance to spend time with our wonderful school community.
💷 Entry: £1 per person
💵 Cash-only event
All money raised will go directly towards providing additional events, activities, and resources for our pupils.
Please note: This event is exclusively for Richmond Hill School pupils, families and those joining our school community in September.

☀️ Summer holidays are fast approaching! ☀️

For some of our pupils, changes to their usual routines can be challenging. To help families prepare for and navigate the six-week break, our Communication Team has created a range of helpful resources. 🗓️

These include:
✅ A summer holiday calendar — helping children see and understand what each day looks like
✅ Communication support materials for holiday travel and new experiences

Perfect if you're lucky enough to be heading away this summer! 🌍✈️

We hope these resources help make the holiday period a little smoother and more enjoyable for everyone. 💛

On Friday evening, the Richmond Hill Choir, alongside other school choirs from across Luton, took part in the Luton Singing Spectacular.

A total of 266 children performed at Stopsley Baptist Church, creating a wonderful performance of music and celebration.

We are soo proud of the performance they gave, it was a joy to watch them sing, sign and dance their hearts out.
