Please note there is a slight adjustment to the timings from my previous classes. These are now 5.45pm instead of 5.30pm and 6.45pm instead of 6.30pm.

**Pilates Update!** We are spending our mornings practicing and creating routines in preparation for our return! Keep your eyes peeled for updates, with the hope to resume classes again in October! I had hoped to start up again in September however, I'm still trying to locate my pelvic floor 🤷♀️😂 I cannot wait to see you all again 💕 zip, hollow and see you soon 👍

The newest addition to the HS Pilates family 💖 Isla Rose Fox was born on Friday 19th May at 5.29am weighing 8lb 5oz. We are completely in love 🥰

I am officially on maternity leave from all Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions. Thank you to all my amazing clients for all of your support, understanding, kind words and thoughtful goodbyes and good lucks! I am not gone for good..... I will be back 😜

Hi all, following on from yesterday's announcement there will be no Pilates returning this week. I would like to thank you all for your continuous support throughout the first lengthy lockdown, I hope to see you all when it is safe again to do so. Fingers crossed for December! Stay safe x

Every minute of every session this week has filled my heart with joy. Loved seeing my wonderful clients, although in a slightly different set up, I feel so happy and blessed to be back with you all! WE ARE BACK!! Zip, hollow, stretch and strengthen 💪
