Not everything has to be at a fast pace.
Just getting outside in nature, enjoying a good walk or hike has amazing benefits. Improving cardiovascular health, mood, increases energy, protects and strengthens joints just to name some. Walking or Hiking is one of the simplest and easiest forms of exercise
