🎩⚽🏆 What an incredible day at our school! 🏆⚽🎩
We were so excited to welcome the Vertu Trophy into school on Tuesday, thanks to the amazing support from Luton Town Community Trust!
Children and staff had the fantastic opportunity to see the trophy up close and take photos with it — creating lots of smiles and exciting conversations. 📸🧡
We are also incredibly proud to now be a Partner School with Luton Town F.C., and we are looking forward to building even stronger links with the club and community moving forward.
A HUGE thank you to everyone at Luton Town Football Club Community Trust for visiting us and inspiring our children through sport, teamwork and community spirit! 👏⚽

In nursery, their focus text this half term has been "The Very Hungry
Caterpillar". 📖🐛They have been trying the fruits that feature in the story and have been using their senses to describe how they look, feel, smell and taste. 🍎🍐🍊🍓They then tried an observational drawing of the fruits from the story using a pencil first to draw the outline and then coloured pencils to colour them in. ✏️The children all tried really hard and produced some excellent work.🌟
We invite children to join our nursery from the month of their 3rd birthday. If you would like a place for your child at our nursery or further information about it. Please click on the link below. ⬇️

Nursery’s topic this half-term is minibeasts. As the wow factor to start their topic and get the children excited about it, they went to the forest school area and went on a minibeast hunt. The children loved exploring the area and seeing what they could find lurking under logs and rocks. They enjoyed ticking them off on their lists. Some of the children were even happy to pick up minibeasts and describe how they looked and felt!🐞🪱🕷️

Our Reception children had a wonderful day at Whipsnade Zoo! 🦁 From spotting lions lounging in the sun to the absolute highlight—watching the elephants up close playing gently and interacting with one another. When the children headed back to school they were tired but happy, with hearts full of unforgettable memories. 🐘✨

Our Nursery children enjoyed a ‘Tranquil Tuesday’ walk around our school grounds yesterday looking at signs of Spring. They spotted leaves on trees, pretty flowers, including some that have grown from the bulbs they planted in the Autumn, blossom, birds and minibeasts.🐞🌼🌸

🚌What a busy half term in our school based Nursery! 🚂
We have been learning about the topic of transport and the children have enjoyed many books, songs, rhymes and poems related to the topic and have learnt so much! The half term kicked off with a dress for mess fun day to introduce the topic.🎨
📚The nursery children also loved celebrating World Book Day this half term and worked with their families to complete their ‘first ever book review’ and they enjoyed sharing their favourite books with each other.
🌱We also love learning about the seasons in nursery and we have learnt about Spring and the children have loved seeing the bulbs they planted in the autumn growing.🪻
🐣On Wednesday, the children were invited to come in wearing an Easter/Spring themed bonnet that they had helped to make at home. They were fantastic and the children enjoyed an Easter bonnet parade! They also had fun dressing up and taking part in egg and spoon races!
🌙We are looking forward to rounding off the half term with our special Eid celebration day.
