Alhamdulillah we have managed to purchase much needed books for Al Maktab. Every child who uses these books will be a source of Sadaqah Jariyah for all those who donated or helped support the various fundraising we had the last few months.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

إِذَا مَاتَ الْإِنْسَانُ انْقَطَعَ عَنْهُ عَمَلُهُ إِلَّا مِنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ إِلَّا مِنْ صَدَقَةٍ جَارِيَةٍ أَوْ عِلْمٍ يُنْتَفَعُ بِهِ أَوْ وَلَدٍ صَالِحٍ يَدْعُو لَهُ

When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.

We happy to announce the reopening of the physical maktab on Monday 12th April for onsite classes inshallah.

Please note that for the month of Ramadhan we will be operating our reduced timetable Monday to Thursday 5pm til 6.30pm

Charity has great rewards. The Messenger of Allah said: "Charity never decreases wealth. Rather, it increases it, it increases it, it increases it." If charity is given in Ramadan, then (its reward) is combined with the honour of time. It is known that righteous deeds in Ramadan are distinct from those performed in other months.
