BIG Saturday Saturday session with all of us together. Huge class.
11am Kids class with Lucy George and Ramos and me.
⚡️11.15am run for fighters.
⚡️12pm big class mixed with it all together old school by Chief Instructor Amir Subasic, and Aiden and Lucy and rest of team.
⚡️S&C after class for the fighters and others that want to join.
Finish on a high and enjoy the weekend ahead. On Monday REPEAT ⚡️⚡️⚡️
