🎓✨ The journey to QE6 Class of 2026 starts here!

Last week, we kicked things off with inspiring mock interviews at Putteridge, helping students build confidence and polish their skills for life beyond the classroom. We kept the momentum going at the Career Fair at Stopsley, where students explored future pathways, met industry professionals, and began mapping out their next steps.

It’s all part of our mission to support young people in making informed, empowered decisions about their futures — and we’re just getting started. 💬📚💼

What a way to say goodbye to our amazing Class of 2025 — our Founding Sixth Form Year Group! 🎓

We had a brilliant time celebrating together at Stopsley Powerleague, marking the end of an unforgettable chapter.

This group has been with us since the very beginning of our Sixth Form journey, and they’ve truly set the bar. We’re so proud of everything they’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what comes next for each and every one of them.

Here are a few snapshots from a special evening 💙

Supporting Education and Training: the Value of Apprenticeships 16/12/2024

We’re incredibly proud of our former student, Kiahna Mitchell, who has made an inspiring journey from QE6 Sixth Form to a successful apprenticeship with Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce.

Kiahna's journey started at the Connect Over Coffee event and her passion and dedication led her to a two-week work experience placement. Today, she’s thriving as a Business Administrator apprentice, focusing on marketing and events.

Kiahna’s success highlights the importance of apprenticeships in shaping young talent and the vital role local businesses play in supporting and nurturing the next generation of professionals. We’re excited to see what she achieves next!

Thank you to Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce for supporting local education and training initiatvies

Supporting Education and Training: the Value of Apprenticeships At Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce, we’re committed to supporting education and training within our own organisation through apprenticeships.

🎓🔍 Exploring Forensic Science & Criminology! 🔍🎓

For the second year running, our Year 12 students had an unforgettable experience at the Forensic and Criminology Taster Day!

🕵️‍♂️ Students stepped into the shoes of forensic scientists, investigating a live crime scene and applying real forensic techniques—including using maggots to estimate a victim’s time of death. Talk about hands-on learning! 🐛

📚 They also attended a fascinating lecture on organised crime, diving deep into criminological theories and their real-world applications.

🏢 The day wrapped up with a campus tour, showcasing halls of residence, the expansive library, and what life could look like at university.

From start to finish, it was an immersive introduction to Higher Education, leaving our students inspired and excited for the future—plus, they got to take home a special goody bag!

A huge thanks to the University of Bedfordshire for hosting such an engaging and insightful event
