Stretching is essential for Irish dancers! Here are three simple stretches to do at home:

1️⃣ Hamstring Stretch: Sit on the floor, reach for your toes, and hold for 20 seconds.
2️⃣ Butterfly Stretch: Sit with the soles of your feet together, gently press your knees down.
3️⃣ Calf Stretch: Stand facing a wall, press one foot back, and stretch the calf muscle.
