🎸 DIGmusic Goes Digital! 💻🤟

I'm excited to be introducing a new digital teaching system from next term!

Every student will have their own personal secure DIGmusic folder (accessed with a one-off link), where all lesson materials will be stored and updated each week.

This means you'll be able to access:

🎼 TABs, chord charts and worksheets
🎵 Backing tracks
📝 Lesson notes and annotations
🎤 DIG Notes – a short voice summary at the end of each lesson, explaining what we've covered and what to practise during the week.

Paper handouts will gradually be replaced with a tablet and digital pen, allowing me to write directly onto your music and notes during lessons before saving everything straight into your folder.

I'm hoping this will make lessons more organised, reduce paper, and make practising at home even easier!

Proud of all of the students who played at this afternoon's show!
In lessons last week, we'd talked about how to cope with whatever is thrown up when playing live, and as proud as I am of the performances, I was equally proud with the resilience and confidence shown in those moments when things don't go exactly as planned. Terrific job everyone! 🎸🤟😎
