One of our top tips to make your baby's first Christmas enjoyable for everyone is to keep their routine the same.

Our founder, and leading parenting expert, Dr Lin Day, advises that too much change in one go can raise your baby's stress levels. This is why it is best to keep them in their routine as much as possible.

She also recommends only giving your baby presents when they are alert and ready to play, and sticking to their usual schedule for eating and sleeping where possible.

If you do get a little out of routine though, try not to panic or worry. Your baby will soon settle back into their usual routine, once the excitement of the festive period is over.

Beyond the wonders of the deep and other mysteries of the sea, we find Baby Shark and his family having fun Baby Sensory® style!

This session is filled with delights that will thrill and captivate parents and babies A N D get everyone moving with a famous little shark that you simply cannot stop talking about - doo-doo-doo-doo-doo-doo……!

Thursdays - 11.05-11.55am - Insteps Dance Academy, Ludlow Mascall Centre in Ludlow

Fridays - 9.45-10.35am - Bridgnorth community hall in Bridgnorth
