Well that’s the summer holidays nearly over and it was an eventful day
First off one of my little ones was throwing food to the ducks and managed to throw her bracelet into the water so home to make bracelets
Then after making pizza and eating it for lunch we went for a walk and one lost a shoe, retraced our steps shoe nowhere to be seen so we took dogs home and went out again on a shoe hunt, shoe found inside the football ground ,no way it fell off and rolled that way so I guess the boys we saw as we were retracing our steps threw it over the fence, luckily we found someone who had a key and got it for us, thankfully it’s a bank holiday weekend

Time to turn the alarm off a week at home then off to cruise with Mickey, see you all in 11 days x

Well that was a hot one, lots of shade and lots of water play then in to watch Christmas movies like the snow on screen...

Well that was a hot one, lots of shade and lots of water play then in to watch Christmas movies like the snow on screen would cool us down 😅
We also enjoyed some time playing with our space toys, jigsaw and books after the excitement of the eclipse 🌒

Two more parks visited
The older children helped their friends climb up to the big slide.
Home by 10.30 this morning to play under the new gazebo with side screens to keep us cool
One of the older children asked if she could make her daddy a crumble so we made one big enough for her whole family

Well that’s the end of another week
We joined our friends at fen park for an Alice in wonderland themed morning, then enjoyed a picnic before heading home picking more blackberries ready to make a crumble
The children wanted to do some cooking but I only had Christmas sprinkles so Christmas in august it is
The magnetic tiles have been out as we tried to escape the heat
The boys have enjoyed playing construction
We had a visit to Everitts park and today the children covered themselves, the garden, the dogs and me with paint

Today we visited the 🏖️ and fountains⛲️, safe to say everyone had a fantastic time 😀

Two weeks of the school holiday done
We have taken our older siblings to see the signets, visited lots of parks, been to the beach looking at all the footprints in the sand and picked blackberries
While on our adventures the children kept finding egg shells and at one park found some musical boards one being a steel drum
We came home and googled bird eggs and looked at what steel drums look like
I am supper proud of the older children holding hands with the little one and pushing them on the swings

I would just like to say thank you for all your messages, cards, flowers and gifts today I’ve had a lovely day turning 60 isn’t so bad 😘

More water play today with our friends from Puddle Ducks Childminding - Carlton Colville . we enjoyed the strawberries we grew in the garden and the children were very excited to see a caterpillar ( I was not but I was very brave )
