We hope all our families have had a wonderful summer break. Our staff will be hard at work tomorrow, taking part in training and getting everything ready for another fantastic school year.

We can’t wait to welcome our returning and new pupils back to school on Wednesday 2 September, ready for a year filled with new learning and fun!

Today we say goodbye to our wonderful year 6 pupils as they come to the end of one chapter of Primary School and the beginning of an exciting new adventure.

It has been such a privilege to watch them grow into the confident, kind, and vibrant young people they are today. They have made us incredibly proud, and we know they are more than ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

We wish each and every one of them the very best as they begin the next stage of their journey. Keep believing in yourselves, be brave, and never stop reaching for your dreams – the future is incredibly bright for you all!

Remember, no matter where life takes you, you will always be a part of our Corton family. We can't wait to see all that you achieve. Good luck, Year 6 – we'll miss you! ❤️

A huge thank you to all the wonderful adults who took the time to visit Starfish Class and bring along their amazing pets! 🐾

You brought our Amazing Animals topic to life. Our Early Years children were so excited to meet the pets they had been hearing all about and loved discovering how you care for them and keep them healthy.

Your kindness and support created a memorable learning experience that the children will be talking about for a long time. Thank you for helping make our learning so meaningful and unforgettable! 🐶🐰🐢🐦

We are so grateful to everyone in our local community for coming along and supporting the event. Your generosity helped us raise an incredible £1,438.78, which will be spent directly on our pupils.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success, we truly appreciate your support!

We are so incredibly proud of every single pupil who took part. Each and every one of you showed such courage, confidence and determination as you stepped onto a big stage and performed in front of a large audience. 🎤✨

A huge thank you to all of our amazing parents and families for your continued support and encouragement, it means so much and helps our pupils feel confident to take on these wonderful opportunities.

We would also like to say a very special thank you to our dedicated community and staff who gave up their time to organise, prepare and support the event. Your commitment and care made this experience possible. 👏

The fun begins at 1.30pm. Please collect your child from the playground at 1.30pm and enjoy the fayre together.

🍰 Money for your child to spend (change is preferred)
👜 A bag for your child to carry their goodies
🎂 Cake donations (please send these into class with your child)

🐠 What an amazing adventure our Early Years children had at the Sea Life Centre! 🐢

The children loved exploring the sea creatures and learning all about the different animals that live in our oceans. They found out how sea creatures move, what they eat, and why it is so important to look after our marine environment. 🐟✨
