The village hall are having some maintenance done of the roof this week to remove the moss.

There will be scaffolding up at the front of the building tomorrow, unsure on the timing at the moment.

When dropping and collecting your child can you please make sure they are kept away from the scaffolding, there will also be tape up around the work area.

This work, should not affect any aspect of your child’s day 😊.

Thank you. ☺️

THE NIGHT BEFORE SCHOOL.

The uniforms are ready,
The new shoes shining bright,
Excitement fills the air
On this special night.

A little nervous,
A little excited too,
A brand new adventure
Is waiting there for you.

Make new friends,
Reconnect with old,
Be brave, have fun,
And let your story unfold.

Good luck to every child
Starting school this week
Go make some memories
And let your happiness speak! ❤️

We want to wish all the children a wonderful start to their next adventure at school.

Our forest school leader Jess has a separate Forest School that any local under 5s are welcome to go along and try. It is a great opportunity to try out the Forest School approach before attending our fabulous, longer Forest School sessions available to our Lowdham Preschool children. 🪱🐾🌳

Polite reminder....
For any children attending preschool over the next week and next, please could you apply suncream to your child/children before arriving at preschool.
Remembering sun hats, although we do have a good supply of our own.
We will more than likely be having lots of water play due to the temperatures increasing, so a change of clothing in their bag to enable them to make the most of the fun.
Thank you 🌞

Hello

I am looking for some help. I am on the hunt for a joiner/ carpenter/ general handy person who can help us develop our outdoor area.

A few projects we need are help with are

A mud kitchen, ours have all been fantastic donations and are now showing a lot of wear and tear. Through lots of hours of play.

A stage, our stage area. The flooring needs a repair or replace, we’d also like to possibly extend and add a canopy.

A few other projects in our fantastic garden that would need someone with the expertise to repair and revive.

Our garden is a much loved area of preschool, with lots of hours spent playing in all weathers there.

If you know anyone who could possibly help or give us some advice please point them in my direction. Thank you. ☺️

We are off on an adventure.

Graduation 2026 completed.

I am so unbelievably proud of the children today. They’ve worked so hard on their graduation, from coming up with the pirate theme, to learning songs and speaking in front of their parents.

Tears were shed, mainly by myself! 🫣

A huge shout out goes to all the ladies at preschool, without their hard work and dedication the graduation wouldn’t happen, I can’t thank them enough 💜
