Students from our partner school in Indonesia, and St. Dominic's Grammar School, Brewood, UK, came together for an engaging international project exploring the global issue of climate change.

Students from both schools shared presentations on how climate change is affecting their countries, offering local perspectives and real life experiences. A thoughtful discussion and Q&A session followed, giving everyone the opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions and learn from one another.

We were delighted to help facilitate this online collaboration ahead of the upcoming student exchange programme. It was inspiring to see young people connecting across continents to discuss one of the most important challenges facing our world today. Ailie also joined the session online and enjoyed seeing the students' enthusiasm and global awareness firsthand.

We are asking our colleagues, clients and wider community to join us in supporting our former colleague, Nik, as he takes part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk in memory of his late wife, Babs.

Babs sadly passed away following her short but courageous battle with cancer. During an incredibly difficult time for Nik and Babs, Fighting Against Cancer Edinburgh (FACE) provided kindness, comfort and practical support that made a genuine difference to them both.

What an incredible experience! πŸŒ‘πŸŒž

The most significant solar eclipse since 1999 reached its peak across the UK and Europe, with more than 90% of the Sun covered by the Moon across much of the UK.

Did you manage to see it?

It was extra special for the whole Fan family with everyone from 6 to 87 years old gathering together to watch.

Safety first, of course everyone used specialist solar eclipse glasses to protect their eyes. πŸ•ΆοΈπŸŒž They also had a little science experiment using the colander method, watching the tiny crescent shaped images of the Sun appear through the holes.

They all absolutely loved it! πŸŒ™βœ¨

Share your pictures and tell us where you watched from in the comments!
