13 YEARS OF INSHAPE 🎈

13 years ago today, we officially took over the InShape brand.

Since then, it’s grown from a small gym in Manby into something we’re incredibly proud of, with a bigger facility, an amazing community and now a second Health Club in Holton.

A huge thank you to everyone who has trained with us, supported us and been part of the journey along the way.🙏

To celebrate, from 5PM today until 9PM tomorrow, we’re giving away 13 free-day passes.

And these aren’t just gym passes. You’ll also get access to our infrared sauna, so you can experience both the training and recovery side of InShape.

The first 13 people to DM us “13” will receive their pass.

A small way for us to say thank you and celebrate 13 years of InShape.

This is what it’s all about 🙌🏼

You can tell you how much we care about the environment, the equipment and the experience at InShape… but it means so much more hearing it from our members. 💚

A place you actually look forward to training.
Quality equipment.
A great atmosphere.
Space to train, recover and switch off.

And we’ll keep investing, improving and making the club better for the people who use it every day.

Thank you for the feedback we appreciate it more than you know! 💪🏼

📲 Looking for a new place to train? Come and experience InShape for yourself.

Another few improvements landed at Inshape manby today 💪🏼

Our new Primal Dual Adjustable Pulley is officially in giving you:

→ More space on the gym floor
→ A smoother pulley system
→ More training options
→ And more room for the next pieces of kit arriving 👀

We’ve also added more 20kg plates to the half rack, meaning more weight exactly where you need it 🏋🏻‍♂️

We’re always looking for ways to make InShape better for our members, more space, better equipment and a better place to train.

And there’s plenty more to come 👀🔥

September means getting back into routine.

The kids are back at school, summer is coming to an end, and for a lot of us it’s time to put some structure back into training.

At InShape Manby, we’ve created an environment that makes that easier.

24/7 gym access.
Premium strength & cardio equipment.
HYROX & functional training space.
Infrared sauna & recovery.
Classes included.
And an environment where you can actually enjoy your training.

All for £42 per month.

If you’re looking for a gym around Louth where you can train without fighting for equipment, come and see what we’re about.

We’ve simplified InShape.

No endless membership options.
No VIP upgrades.
No paying extra to recover.

One membership. £42 per month.

🏋️ 24/7 gym access
🔥 All InShape classes included
🧖 Full-spectrum infrared sauna
🔒 Limited membership numbers

We don’t want to be the busiest club in town.

We want InShape to be somewhere you can actually train without long queues for equipment or an overcrowded training floor.

A place you can walk into and feel confident, whatever level you’re at.

And of course, an environment that feels pretty special too. 🤩

Memberships are now open. Join via the link in our bio.

Our classes were never created just to fill a timetable.

They were introduced to give our members another way to enjoy training, build confidence and become part of the InShape community.

Whether you’re new to the gym or have been training for years, there’s something special about learning, improving and encouraging each other together.

Because a great health club isn’t just about equipment it’s about the people who make it what it is.

That’s why every InShape membership includes three weekly classes, helping our members stay motivated, connected and consistent.

🏆 August Member Challenge

Every month we’ll be giving you a new challenge to test yourself, have some fun and see how you stack up against the rest of the InShape community.

This month, you’ve got two ways to get involved:

💪 Dead Hang Hold on for as long as you can. One attempt, one time.

⛷️ 400m Ski Erg - Complete 400m as fast as possible.

Record your result and post it in our new Members WhatsApp Community, launching tomorrow. We’ll keep a live leaderboard throughout the month so you can see where you stand.

Whether you’re aiming for the top spot or just trying to beat your own best, it’s all about getting involved and challenging yourself.

Who’s taking on both? 👀
