Another wonderful few weeks at Interskill filled with sunshine, creativity and teamwork! ☀️👏

Students have enjoyed trips to Brigg garden centre, Willingham Woods, People’s Park, Humberston Fitties and Humberston Yacht Club, making the most of the glorious weather 🌿🌊

In the kitchen, everyone has been working incredibly hard creating delicious dishes including fish tray bake with garlic, coriander and lemon, cassoulet, beef bolognese, cauliflower and broccoli cheese, Italian cornbread, summer berry crumble, baked apples, lemon and ginger cake, layered yoghurt desserts, cheese biscuits and chocolate chip cookies 🍋🍪🍝

Creativity has also been flowing with Father’s Day chocolate bars, medals and cards, alongside gardening projects and fantastic woodwork in the workshop - including even more wonderful sheds and summer houses 🪴🪚🎨

It’s been a fantastic few weeks at Interskill, with students showing amazing teamwork, creativity and enthusiasm across a wide range of activities! 👏🌟
In the kitchen, students have been busy developing their cooking skills, creating dishes including pasta bolognese, cassoulet, lemon chicken tray bake, fish tray bake, cauliflower and broccoli cheese, cornbread, granola flapjacks, crumbles, cakes and desserts 🍋🍰🍝 Huge congratulations to those who completed their course and received their certificates - thoroughly deserved!
Outside of cooking, students have enjoyed trips to Mablethorpe, taking part in the Rotary Disability Games, working in the greenhouse, creating Father’s Day gifts, resin sun catchers, personalised key rings and bookmarks, as well as building bug boxes for St James Church 🪴🎨🪚
