✨ Post 16 Collaboration Celebration! ✨

Students from Post 16 at Aegir and St Bernard’s schools enjoyed another fantastic day together!

After Aegir hosted a wonderful Day of Connection back in November, it was St Bernard’s turn to welcome everyone this February. Students took part in team games in the Sports Hall, interactive activities in the classroom, and then worked together to create this amazing Chinese dragon to celebrate Chinese New Year. 🐉🌟

We’re already looking forward to our next shared adventure — a summer‑term picnic at a halfway point! ☀️🥪

💙 Our Commitment to Staff Wellbeing 💙
As a Trust, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing and mental health of our staff.
We’re proud to work alongside Mindful Employer, a UK-wide initiative established in 2004 and run by Devon Partnership NHS Trust. Mindful Employer provides employers with access to professional workplace mental health training, information, and support—helping organisations take a proactive role in caring for their people.
By signing the Charter for Employers Positive About Mental Health, INSPIRE has made a public commitment to supporting mental wellbeing across our organisation. We believe that looking after our staff’s mental health is essential to creating a positive, supportive, and healthy workplace for everyone.

📣Coming to Warren Wood School on 16th January

📣 Over the next couple of weeks, 12 local primary schools will be hosting “Coffee, Cake and a Slice of Careers Conversation.”

Local careers specialists from Complete-Careers LLP will be running workshops for parents and carers, helping them feel more confident having conversations with their children about the future. These sessions aim to support children’s hopes and aspirations, making them aware of the thousands of possibilities open to them.

Thanks to the generosity of the Thonock Trust and Lincolnshire Community Fund, all parents who attend will receive a free copy of “The Bonkers Book of Jobs,” so the conversations can continue at home.

Day 2 of our Mental Health First Aid England MHFA Aid training with Inspire Connected Communities Trust is underway today at LEARN SEND Hub.

It’s a full room, and the learning is deep, reflective and incredibly important. Participants are building confidence to recognise mental ill-health, offer supportive conversations and signpost safely.

Such valuable work – thank you to everyone taking part. 💛
