Today we attended a special course in Nottingham with Sensei's Aiden Trimble, Ronnie Christopher and Matt Price, all proceeds were given to charity, thanks to Alex Furnish and Dan Wakefield for accompanying me on this little adventure, the picture shows Akeru Shin-Louth members alongside other ESA Karate-ka with all three Sensei 😀

Monday 7pm-8.30pm
Tuesday 7pm-8.00pm
Thursday 7.15pm-8.15pm

All welcome (from 5yrs and up)

£6 per session, discounts available for monthly pay.
Once a week £20 monthly
Twice a week £30 Monthly
Unlimited £40 Monthly

Insurance/licence fee £45 annually.

Just to remind you, there will be no training on Monday due to tge Bank Holiday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday are unaffected and will be on at the normal times, i.e
