Riverside Playgroup A warm and friendly playgroup setting situated on North Holme Road. We cater for children aged 2 to 5 years. We are open term time only, opening at 8am till 4pm.

We are excited to be undertaking a Maths Champion programme to enable staff to have a deeper understanding of how young children learn maths. Through this we will be providing more maths opportunities that will enhance your child's maths skills. Research shows that children's mathematical learning in early years makes a difference to the whole of their lives.

As the academic year is coming to an end we have been looking back at some of the brilliant experiences our children have had over the last year. We have had regular sessions with Supastrikers football coaching and Dancing with Sarah. Visits from the Fire Service and RSG Reptiles. We have also enjoyed our annual family trips to Tattershall Farm Park Christmas Experience, the cinema, Hall Farm Park and are looking forward to our beach trip next week. We have had many walks around our local community to parks, for breakfast at the cafe, travelled on the bus, visited 3 local care homes and been to St. James' Church.

As we are a charity run playgroup we are able to put any additional funds back into the setting for resources and experiences which are fully included in the children's funded places.
