Our Ilford class is always buzzing. Why not give us a try!

Sifu Ryan invites you to join him 8pm to 9pm on Tuesdays for adult WingTsun classes at Redbridge Sports Centre. Now in it's 10th year, this is Kung Fu Essex's oldest and longest running class. It's warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere is testament to the EWTO's pragmatic approach to teaching practical self-defence.
