Ten things you will learn on your way to Black Belt: 🥋

1. There is always something to learn
2. That no one/no system has all answers
3. That you will still get hit by white belts
4. That obstacles are there to be overcome
5. That there are lots of people out there who can kick your butt regardless of your black belt
6. That pain is temporary
7. That it takes a long time and lots of effort. A black belt is earnt the hard way!
8. That getting a black belt will change you in a number of interesting ways
9. That attitude will determine your altitude
10. That a black belt is the beginning of your journey not the end

A very sad day with the passing of the Kickboxing legend, Rob Kaman. A Dutch 9-time kickboxing  and Muay Thai world champion. He was often called "Mr. Low Kick" because of his feared low kicks, which he used to set up his devastating offensive attacks.
Thank you for your amazing career and inspiration.
He will be sadly missed by his fans, students, friends, and family. RIP 🙏🥊🥊♥️
