✨SKIN BOOSTERS - what are they?✨

They are shallow injections that improve the texture, elasticity, hydration and overall appearance of the skin.

S K I N F A C T S

Did you know that your skin is slightly acidic?

This is called the acid mantle layer and helps to inhibit the growth of bacteria on the skins surface. The acid mantle layer can become unbalanced due to a range of factors including incorrect skin care, over-cleansing or over-exfoliating, hormonal imbalances and poor diet.

The normal level of acidity is between 4.5pH and 5.5pH. When imbalances occur that is when we start to see skin issues like acne arise.

A good way to balance you acid mantle layer is to use professional products prescribed to your skin type, have regular facials and chemical peels to keep your skins acidity balanced and help to clean away bacteria.

Top tips for at home are daily sunscreen (SPF50), saying hydrated, 7-8 hours sleep and a well established skincare routine!
