A VERY SAD DAY AT SILVER KIDZ CAMP
Dear Parents, Grandparents, friends and of
course the most amazing children we have met along the way
It is with heavy hearts that we share some important news. After nearly a decade of fun, learning, and unforgettable memories, Silver Kidz Camps will be closing with immediate effect.
Rising costs and other factors have made it increasingly difficult to deliver what Silver Kidz Camps has always stood for — an experience where children are inspired, nurtured, and cared for the Silver Kidz way. From the beginning, we promised ourselves that we would never settle for anything less, and staying true to that standard has guided this very difficult decision.
Over the years, we have been privileged to welcome more than 3,200 children through our camps. On average, each child has spent 40 days with us, which together adds up to an incredible 128,000 days — more than 1 million hours — of childhood memories, laughter, and care. In that time, we’ve seen children grow in confidence, make lifelong friends, discover hidden talents, and learn the values of teamwork, kindness, and creativity that have always been at the heart of Silver Kidz Camps.
One of our greatest joys has been giving children the chance to simply be children — to run, play, create, and enjoy life in a safe and inspiring environment. We have always believed that childhood should be full of freedom, laughter, and discovery, and we are proud to have provided a place where that could happen.
Along the way, we’ve had the joy of working with the most incredible staff — people who have gone above and beyond to bring energy, imagination, and dedication to every single camp. Together, with the support of parents, grandparents, guardians, and schools, we have built something truly special that will live on in all of us.
Everything has a shelf life, and while Silver Kidz Camps may be closing its doors for now, the values, friendships, and experiences created will last forever. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for trusting us with your children and for being part of the Silver Kidz family.
For those who currently hold bookings for October, refunds will be processed within 14–21 days. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
This isn’t necessarily goodbye forever — you never know, Silver Kidz Camps may return in the future. But for now, we want to leave you with our gratitude, our memories, and our heartfelt thanks.
