We’re delighted to announce that First Class Learning Loughton Tuition centre is open. Our centre runs on Saturdays from 11 am to 1 pm at Loughton Baptist Church, IG10 4QU. We provide individually tailored maths and English programmes for children from reception to Year 9 working on an array of different skills. We also offer bespoke timings for our home support programme where our worksheets can be delivered directly and safely to your door with 1-2-1 video support provided as well.

Reopening soon!

We are delighted to announce that we are reopening your local FCL Centre soon! The First Class Learning Loughton Centre will reopen on the 19th September 2020. You can trust us to keep in line with the Government’s guidelines to be COVID-19 secure:

+ We’ll help students and centre staff to stay 1 metre socially distanced in all areas, with seating arrangements, and when entering or leaving our centre.
+ We’ll respect the guidance for tuition settings and make sure that there is no sharing of worksheets, pens or other classroom items. Don’t worry though, someone will always be ready to help students find what they need!
+ We’ve set up hygiene stations at entrances and exits with hand sanitisers.
+ We’ll give extra time between classes for thorough cleaning of frequently touched surfaces.
+ We’ll actively invite our students to clean hands more often than usual and encourage good respiratory hygiene by promoting the ‘catch it, bin it, kill it’ approach.
+ We’ll provide easy to follow rules to minimise contact with individuals who are unwell, so that those who have COVID-19 symptoms, or have someone in their household who does, will not attend our centre.

Our unique maths and English Skills Assessments will show you areas of strength, as well as any areas to work on, so you can plan how to get your child’s education back on track ready for September. We know the worry education can bring, especially now. We are making plans to reopen our centre as soon as it is safe to do so but, in the interim, we have also created our Home Support Programme, which includes 1:1 video support.

Hi Everyone,

Here at FCL Loughton we would like to offer a free assessment, which can be completed online, and no enrolment fee will be charged once joining. Due to the current situation and school closures, we can continue to support your child in their learning as they may need more encouragement and support whilst at home. We can offer 1:1 tuition slots as well as online tutoring service for students wishing to stay at home via www.bitpaper.io. Included in our services will be weekly worksheets for Maths and/or English so that the learning of your child can still progress.

We will have ‘wipe down’ slot prior to each session alongside frequent hand washing and the use of a hand sanitisers will be available for children attending.
