Castle View Day Nursery Open and ready for business from January 2nd 2013 At Castle View our mission is to provide children with safe, high quality day care.

Children’s instinctive curiosity to explore and enjoy learning will be fostered by
utilizing the natural environment. Children attending the setting will offered
a wide range of resources, particularly incorporating the outdoors. Uniquely Castle View is blessed with a host of amenities in the vicinity,
which we view as an extension to the nursery, and which we aim to utilise
and encapsulate into children’s experiences. Establishing exceptional
relationships with parents is vital for us to provide individualised care and early
learning for each and every child.

We have recently shown an interest in our favourite Julia Donaldson books, so in Kittens we have created a Room On The Broom display board! So we thought we would continue the children's interests by making potions this afternoon, giving the children the chance to not only have fun, but increase the development of both their fine and gross motor skills. The children have loved mixing various colours to watch them blend, whilst exploring unique smells and textures from the rosemary, grown in our garden! We seen some fantastic tipping skills, and practicing hard to squeeze water from the pipettes. Very impressive Kittens!

For all our little ones getting ready for their first day at school we just want to say it has been our pleasure to have shared so many memories with you and we hope you have a wonderful time at school! Please always feel free to pop in and say hello, you will be forever welcome 🥰
We also want to say heartfelt thank yous for all the generous and thoughtful gifts and cards they all make us shed a little tear 🥲

Kittens had so much fun making use of recycling that we'd been saving... Opportunities like this are great for expanding imagination and broadening our skills. We were busy doing our shopping, collecting it in baskets and transferring to bags whilst listing off to the adults what the children had been buying! For those who had finished their shopping, we had the option of junk modelling in the tuff tray to see what unique creations we could make. Kittens, you are great little shoppers..you can come again any time!

The preschool school leavers had a fantastic time on their end of year trip to manor farm! They were all very tired on the journey home after looking at the animals, spending so much time running around the park and the soft play! Today some of our kittens and chicks went for a walk across the field and on their adventure bumped into some of the children from our Caterpillar Pre-school. We sat with them for snack, before having a run around and playing football with them.
