Castle View Day Nursery

For all our little ones getting ready for their first day at school we just want to say it has been our pleasure to have shared so many memories with you and we hope you have a wonderful time at school! Please always feel free to pop in and say hello, you will be forever welcome 🥰
We also want to say heartfelt thank yous for all the generous and thoughtful gifts and cards they all make us shed a little tear 🥲
And lastly thank you for letting us be such a big part of your childrens early years 😘

Kittens had so much fun making use of recycling that we'd been saving... Opportunities like this are great for expanding imagination and broadening our skills. We were busy doing our shopping, collecting it in baskets and transferring to bags whilst listing off to the adults what the children had been buying! For those who had finished their shopping, we had the option of junk modelling in the tuff tray to see what unique creations we could make. Kittens, you are great little shoppers..you can come again any time!

The preschool school leavers had a fantastic time on their end of year trip to manor farm! They were all very tired on the journey home after looking at the animals, spending so much time running around the park and the soft play! We finished the trip with a cold ice lolly to cool us down as it was so hot!😃🛝🌞🦙

Tonight's Solar Eclipse will be a first for our children in chicks. So today we made our own Solar Eclipse pictures to be able to recreate the event.

Today some of our kittens and chicks went for a walk across the field and on their adventure bumped into some of the children from our Caterpillar Pre-school. We sat with them for snack, before having a run around and playing football with them.

The lambs have enjoyed lots of fun activities for colour week❤️💛💜🩵💚

They enjoyed a run around through the trees and down the hills before going on the park for a play🛝🤩

Lots of the preschool children are really interested in Spidey at the moment so we are having a Spidey themed week! The children loved travelling high and low, under and over webs that Spidey had left for us!💙🕷️❤️

Lambs enjoyed a walk to the park on Friday!🛝😃

We had great fun in Kittens yesterday with our activity to celebrate International Tiger Day. We looked at the tigers and talked about their patterns and where we could go to see them. One child told us they saw them at the zoo. Where have you seen a tiger? 🐅
