The children from the Robins and Owls had a very informative afternoon. Thank you to the Shepshed Word of Life Church for coming in to share their Bible Exhibition with the children.

The Squirrels had a great workshop learning about different monarchs! They competed freeze frames, acted out different periods in time and held their own coronation! 👑

For Courageous Advocacy Day the children voted to learn about Freddie Mercury. They made an action plan and shared their knowledge by delivering an assembly and sharing posters and artwork to get his message across.

The Squirrels had a visitor and had to become dragon hunters! 🐉🐲

The children learnt all about World War 2 in their workshop today - evacuees, ARP, the home guard.

To kick off the new term last week we had a special visit from Pickle the hamster. The children loved meeting her and had lots of great ideas about how look after animals and pets.

The Owls enjoyed playing the glockenspiels and performing as a class.

The year 5’s had an informative afternoon at the church in Sutton Bonington. They learnt all about the Easter Journey.
