We welcomed Students who attend weekly classes at the School of Philosophy for a retreat at Nanpantan Hall. The theme for the weekend was ‘The Power of Attention’

The quality of life depends on the quality of our experience

The quality of our experience depends on the quality of our attention.

Living together as a community we learnt how all our powers flow through our attention. With attention everything we do goes well.

Gopal and Victoria speak about their experience.

Join us on this transformative 5-day retreat at the glorious Nanpantan Hall- set in 30 acres of beautiful Loughborough countryside. The retreat will bring together like-minded people to explore why we seek to know ourselves and how to live according to that knowledge.

There will be simple mindfulness exercises and for those that meditate, a time of quiet. Only 20 spaces available!
