We are a Nursery within Shepshed offering a range of wide varied activities to meet their needs to help children grow. We offer sessional and full time care.

We have a new baby unit 0-2.5yrs, toddlers,2.5-3.5 yrs and preschool 3.5-5yrs Small family feel Nursery, providing Nursery education for children aged 6wks- 5years - 3 & 4 year old funding. We have 3 large rooms including a baby unit, toddler room and a preschool with outside play areas. We accept 2 year, and 3 year old funding - 15 hrs and 30 hours.

Goodbye Oak Tree 🏡

That's it. Thank you to everyone who came and supported me this past month, helping me with moving things, selling, and tip runs. I couldn't have done it without all of you.

Thank you to all the nurseries, parents, and the general public who came and purchased items in the sale.

Handing over today was a very sad day

Off to find myself a new dream.

Good morning everyone,

I am selling all the contents of the nursery. There are still a lot of furniture items and toys left.

Lots of lovely toys and books left

So even for work places

Trolfast units

If anyone is interested, I will be available until about 3pm today.

I'm back again on Wednesday

Well, that's all, folks!

Today is the day I have been dreading – the day I say goodbye to my dream. It's going to be a very difficult day. I know that I will try to hold back my tears, but already my eyes are leaking.

I am truly sorry that I couldn't change the outcome, and I want to express my deep gratitude for the incredible support you have shown, not only to me but to all the staff. The kind words, hugs, and tears have meant the world to me.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be part of all your children's journeys. I hope that the head start we have given them will help them flourish into amazing young people and adults. I am unsure of what the future holds for me, but I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart.

To all the staff – you are all amazing. You have shown these children love and compassion and treated them as your own. I know you all have your own battles over the next couple of months, settling into your new settings or wherever life takes you. I cannot thank you enough.

As I embark on finding a new dream, I know it won't ever be the same again, but please don't hesitate to say hello if you see me out and about. Always remember that you were all part of a very special Oak Treehouse family.
